We provide free shipping within Austria.
Other EU countries
We charge EUR 10 per delivery to Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Above a purchase value of EUR 60 shipping is free of charge.
Delivery time
Ordered and paid products are dispatched within two working days between Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). After the dispatch the delivery time is approx. 1 – 3 working days within Austria and approx. 2 – 5 working days within European Union. As soon as the goods are accepted by our logistics partner, you will receive the tracking link for your order by email. Please note that all specified delivery times are the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we have no influence on any delays caused by the transport company.
Returns
You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without giving any reason. We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
